Position Overview:
Morlen Health is currently seeking a board certified or eligible Otolaryngologist with fellowship training in Facial Plastics as well as specialized training and interest in Gender Affirming Surgery.
The position can support a general otolaryngology/head and neck surgery practice but can also accommodate sub specialization if there is fellowship training.
The position is geared toward a practice consisting of Gender Affirming Head and Neck procedures and facial plastic surgery (rhinoplasty, skin cancer resection and reconstruction, etc).
Applicants will take general call and thus should be prepared to provide the full range of medical and surgical care. The practice currently has 20 physicians within the Head and Neck Surgery Department, comprised of generalists and sub-specialists in all areas. In addition, four physician assistants support the practice.
Salary range: $399,700 - $481,600
Additional Lifestyle Bonus:$31,300 annually
Relocation Allowance up to $15,000
