This open 1.0 FTE Physical Therapist position is located at Jackson Rehab where caseload is primarily outpatient orthopedics but also serves several specialty areas of care including pelvic floor, vestibular, and neuro patients.New grads are welcome to apply, interest and/ or experience in pelvic floor caseload is preferred but not required.This clinic has a dynamic group of high performing , experienced physical therapists and physical therapist assistants and is a department that consistently excels in the area of patient satisfaction.Clinic hours range between 8am-7pm M-Th and 8 am and 5 pm F; two closing shifts are required.Discover. Job Summary: The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. A Physical Therapist II demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment skills and is involved in program development, staff education, student supervision. Also demonstrates emerging leadership skills and mentors department staff. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Must be proficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity level and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. May require clinical expertise in specific discipline.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.RN/OT/PT/SLP preferred.
