Anesthesiologist

Description This job description details the essential responsibilities of a clinical staff anesthesiologist. Specific roles in the department may have additional or modified responsibilities. All staff members are expected to provide safe and compassionate patient care from the planning of the anesthetic, to the delivery and recovery from anesthesia. Staff working in subspecialty areas may have other specific requirements (e.g. pediatrics) that are not detailed in this document. All staff should report to the floor leader on a daily basis. Qualifications - BE/BC Anesthesiology or equivalent - Meet all criteria for credentialing at the MEE - ACLS certification - MA Medical License - MA and Federal DEA license - Integrity, honesty and strong work ethic.
