Colorado's Human Trafficking Hotline is seeking volunteer advocates who are passionate about supporting survivors, and who share our vision of an end to human trafficking. The hotline was created to connect individuals experiencing exploitation to available support services in a safe and anonymous manner. Additionally, advocates take calls and texts from individuals reporting potential human trafficking tips, and service providers in search of referral resources.Volunteer Hotline Advocate Expectations:Attend 20 hour training and quarterly continuing education/support meetingsWork hotline and/or textline shifts according to your availabilityConduct all hotline interactions providing respect, dignity and confidentialityIf you are interested in volunteering to support this critical resource, submit this form, and LCHT's Program Coordinator will be in touch! This is a remote volunteer opportunity available to anyone 18+ located in Colorado who has access to a phone and internet. No prior experience in anti-human trafficking efforts necessary.
