Permanent positionFQHC setting - Federally qualified health centerGroup has 4 Family Medicine physicians plus several CRNP's and a pediatrician.No call required.Monday - Friday with no weekends. Hours are 8 am - 5:30 pm with 1 late date on Thursdays till 7:30 pm. Rotate late schedule of 11 am - 7:30 pm every 4-6 weeks.See 16-20 patients per dayVisa sponsorship available for J1 and H1B visa holders.Salary range is $215,000 - $220,000 (negotiable)Full benefits including 23 days of PTO in year one. $3500 for CME plus CME time off of 40 hours a year.
