Shift : Days, 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F. No call
Length : 13 weeks
Requirements :
SD is part of the PT compact privilege states1 year experienceGeneral physical therapy skills including but not limited to evaluation, determining effective intervention, medical assessment skills, development of care plansBLSCharting System: Epic
Willing to accept new grads
Will accept a first-time traveler
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses Seen: Medically compromised patients: CHF, COPD, DM, Cardiac / Ortho, neuro, dementia, general weakness / Ages vary from early adult to geriatrics
Scrub Color: Any color of scrub is acceptable, or business casual. No denim or sweats
