Shifts include weekdays and weekendsFlexibility to float between locations as neededWeekend coverage is a priority : shifts are required every weekendPractice Setting:Medical Direction Model : The CRNA will work under a medical direction model, providing anesthesia care across various specialties, including cardiac, vascular, and neuro cases.Work Environment:Fast-paced and dynamic : Ideal for CRNAs comfortable with a broad scope of practiceMid-day shifts, nights, weekends, and on-call availability required to meet patient needsCollaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient careResponsibilities:Clinical Expertise :

Perform anesthesia for a wide range of procedures, with a preference for those experienced in cardiac, vascular, and neuro casesEnsure high-quality patient care, emphasizing safety and comfort throughout proceduresWork both independently and as part of a team, adapting to the needs of the unit

Floating Requirement :

Flexibility to float between different locations if necessaryAbility to handle varying caseloads and adapt to different work environments

Requirements:Licensure and Certification :

Active and unrestricted

North Carolina CRNA license

requiredCertification as a

CRNA

is mandatoryAdditional certifications such as

ACLS

and

BLS

may be required during credentialing

Experience :

Prior experience in a medical direction model preferredExpertise in

cardiac, vascular, and neuro anesthesia

is highly desirableAbility to work mid-day shifts, nights, weekends, and take call if needed

Background Check :

Must have a clean background with no malpractice history

Travel and Accommodation:Logistics :
