We value you as a therapist and want to help customize the perfect work setting all while providing you with the resources and support you will need to truly make a difference in the life of a child.NOW HIRING Speech Language Patholgist for 2024-2025 School Year!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Provide assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services to students with communication disorders, including language, speech, voice, fluency, and pragmatic disorders.• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of students, in collaboration with school staff and parents.• Provide consultation and training services to teachers and other educational professionals to improve their understanding of communication disorders and how to support student development.• Document and maintain accurate and organized records of student progress, assessments, and treatment plans, according to school policies and professional standards.• Attend and participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and other school-based meetings to collaborate with colleagues and ensure that the students' needs are addressed.• Stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices in communication disorders, and integrate this knowledge into the practice to improve services and outcomes for students.• Maintain professional licensure and certification standards required by the state and national organizations.Qualifications:• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution.• State licensure or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology.• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.• Experience working with children with communication disorders in a school-based setting preferred.• Effective communication skills, oral and written.• Knowledge of current research and best practices in communication disorders.• Strong organizational and time-management skills.Reasons to Join the Stellar Team!Competitive SalariesHealth Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision)401k Retirement PlanPaid for time worked, not per visit!PTO and Holiday PayFlexible SchedulesBiweekly Direct DepositContinuing Ed ReimbursementsSupport from other skilled therapists, and wonderful admin teamFamily friendly work environmentTherapist owned and managed companyCustomize your own schedule- tell us when and how much you want to work!You're not dreaming—all of this is a reality that our employees enjoy.
