Family Medicine Physician
Location: New Haven, CTOutpatient Primary CareDevelops a plan of care for each patient, including medical history, physical examination, diagnosis and appropriate treatment and/or referral, including hospitalization if necessaryUses all available resources in diagnosis and treatment, such as laboratory and others tests in an appropriate and cost efficient mannerRefers those cases which require specialist services, but maintains primary care responsibility to assure continuity of careVery Light Call - Call via phone 1 week every 2-3 Months. 90% of calls Screened by Nursing Service Line.Cover 1 Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm every 3 Months4 Day Work Week Available (4x10hrs)Ability to speak Spanish preferredBackground Profile: Family Medicine Physician
Board Certified / Board Eligible Family MedicineAbility to have a Connecticut State Medical LicenseAbility to speak Spanish preferredExperience with FQHC or Community based medicine a plusOpen to H1B and J1 Visa Sponsorship
