We're seeking someone who is great on the phone, has excellent analytical skills, is detail-oriented, and is a serious multi-tasker. The Coordinator will work as a liaison for the client to identify project requirements and specifications. The Coordinator will administer and organize projects and support teammates.

Primary Responsibilities
Create preliminary estimateScheduling appointments for Project ManagersSending contracts and Change orders to clientsXactanalysis uploads and communicationMonitor and ensure client requirements are followedReview and validate initial field documentationDaily job file coordination to include monitoring status, audit and work-in-progressPrepare job file reportsComplete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit processAssist other departments, as neededPosition Requirements
2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experienceExperience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plusExperience in service industry environment a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsSuccessful at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary softwareMinimum of HSD/GED preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawRestoration Manager a plus but not a mustHours
40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when requiredVary between 8AM- 5PM
Pay Rate
