Berkshire Meadows provides residential, special education, and day habilitation services for children, adolescents, and young adults who have developmental disabilities including significant cognitive, physical, and medical disabilities. Services are provided in an attractive campus setting in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, as well as several community-based homes.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Program Manager to join our team! This is an exciting career opportunity for someone who is interested in working in the human services field with people with severe and profound disabilities.
Schedule:
Tuesday - Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, plus Saturday 6 AM to 2 PM (Some flexibility)
Sign-On Bonus:
We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus ($1,000 paid after 4 weeks of employment and another $1,000 paid after 6 months on the job.)
What You'll Do:
Develop daily routines for one of our residences.Facilitate progress on goals, ADL's, recreation and leisure skills in a residential setting.Provide leadership to staff and residents.Maintain staff schedules.Write progress reports and develop strategies to implement IEP's.Participate in case management and team meetings.Advocate for the residents and maintain a safe home environment.Why JRI?

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field, or at least 4 years' experience in the Human Services/MR field plus supervisory experience.Familiarity with Behavior plan implementation a plus.Must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.Must have a valid driver's license (MA, NY or CT).Background and driving record checks will be performed.
