About this role:
As a Primary Care Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will serve as an outpatient-only Primary Care Physican in a fully integrated Clinic.
This position includes a$20,000sign-on bonus, up to $20,000in relocation assistance, a $1500/mo residency stipend for PG2 and PGY3 and$100,000in student loan repayment when applicable
You will practice at Patterson Primary Care Clinic in Grand Junction, Colorado
Your clinic days are flexible with corresponding FTE ( .7-1.0)
1.0 FTE, 36 Patient Contact Hours in 4 - 10 hour days
Practice Call is currently 1:18 and runs from Wed 7p to Wed 7a, the week you are on call you will be the sole provider for our Saturday acute care clinic 8a-12p and one week day will be cut in half to make up for this time.
Patient load will start at 12 -15 patients a day as you establish a patient panel

Compensation:
Annual Base Salary: $280,000 for years 1-3, $255,000 for years 4 and beyond (Family Medicine) wRVU Bonus: $50 per wRVU over 6530 for years 1-3, $50 per wRVU over 5800 for years 4 -5, then your standard comp plan will be $50.00 per wRVU over Quality Incentive: up to$15,000 annually
What you'll bring:
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
ABMS board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
BLS certification and DEA
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
