Your Responsibilities Will Encompass:
Collaborating with the trial team from the inception of complaint to trial conclusionHandling extensive discovery processes, including propounding and respondingCrafting a variety of Motions, Oppositions, and RepliesDrafting pleadings, declarations, and exhibit listsManaging calendars effectivelyArranging Depositions and other HearingsFacilitating CourtCall arrangements and coordinating Appearance AttorneysOrganizing documents for filingGenerating correspondenceUndertaking special projects as requiredQualifications
Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous, and a comprehensive understanding of Personal Injury, spanning both pre-litigation and Litigation stages, is essential.Must have 3 years of experience in a personal injury/litigation support roleWhy is This a Great Opportunity
