Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the fulfillment of all assigned orders from handoff meeting through shipment
Develop detailed schedules for all activities required to fulfill assigned orders including but not limited to Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Sub-Contract Activities
Understand, communicate and track progress of required milestones
Communicate order status to customer, on a predetermined rhythm, to ensure orders are aligned to expectations
Monitor/control material spend to ensure that actual spend is at/below quoted levels
Monitor/control hourly fabrication consumption to ensure that actual hours are at/below quoted levels
Proactively engage with customer for each/every change in scope and/or missed delivery commitment from client, via the change order process, to capture any/all financial and/or delivery impact
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Technology) required
Ability to decipher customer requirements/specifications and utilize in the development of detailed proposals
In depth knowledge of ASME Section VIII Div 1, TEMA and API 660
Ability to utilize RCS, Compress and Plabo software packages
Ability to decipher technical drawing packages
Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, in a succent / professional manner
Must have inclusive behavior and the ability to work across multi-functional business structure
Must have strong influential behavior and be comfortable driving both customer and internal team members for required milestone activities
Strong technical acumen required
Strong financial acumen required
