Practice Details
Physicians round on patients in Skilled Nursing, Acute Care, and Long Term Care FacilitiesTeam approach coordinating with specialists and surgeons, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and PsychologyClinical Triage manages calls from facilities 7 days a week, making on-call time painless (no overnight call)Providers utilize smart technology with integrated voice recognition to complete patient encounters quickly and directly into EHROnboarding includes training in all relevant systems including Gehrimed and Point Click CareOffer Details
Guaranteed base salaryBonus incentivesA full complement of benefits including health, life & dental, HSA, flexible spending account, paid time offMonday through Friday with some flexibility in schedule and APP supportPotential for leadership as a site Medical Director
