POSITION Allspring is seeking an Associate Regional Director to strengthen relationships with financial advisors and identify new sales opportunities. You\'ll provide outstanding support for field wholesalers, handle complex queries, and contribute to our mutual fund line-up and practice management solutions. This role offers a fast-paced environment where multitasking and prioritization are key. RESPONSIBILITIES Call on Financial Advisors at various broker/dealers to communicate strategies that drive increased product sales within the Allspring Global Investments Funds. Partner with field wholesalers to develop and implement a territory business plan aimed at exceeding territory gross and net sales goals. Apply advanced business tools to identify and target key opportunities that align with corporate initiatives.
