Shift:

Nights / 6:45p-7:15a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, weekends

REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:

Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year

Traveler Experience: REQUIRED

Locals Accepted: Yes

Skills: 1 year Med/surg

Certs: BLS

PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: ACLS, Telemetry

JOB DETAILS:

Ratios: 1:6 flex based on needs in organization

Shift: 12hr NIGHTS WEEKENDS F/S/S/M DEPENDING ON NEED (has the option to be scheduled on Friday or Monday for the coverage for 3 days) 36 ONLY Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the unit through the holidays!!

Weekend Requirement: every weekend

**Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed.

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Floating between several medical, surgical, and telemetry units. Assisting in caring for patients held in our ED who are inpatient.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: **Contract staff may be required to care for patients with COVID. During times of increased census typical ratios may be higher. Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff. May be preassigned to units as needed.

UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR.

SCHEDULING TYPE: based on scheduling gaps

UNIT ORIENTATION: 24hrs (2 shifts)

SCRUBS: Navy
