Registered Nurse (Every Weekend)

As a Behavioral Health RN at Crozer Health, you willprovide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care by coordinating patient care, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families. You must respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Your day can vary from patient assessments, responding to crises, developing plan of care, to utilizing Combative Patient Skills training, including de-escalation.

Assist in Code 13's and/or follow-up on BH patients admitted to the medical unitsDeveloping Individualized Plans of CareFollowing of Five Medication RightsPerforming Patient CareEquipment UtilizationResponding to Crises, Using De-escalation, Restraints and Patient SeclusionDocumenting Nursing ProcessCommunicating with the PhysicianRequirements

BSN preferredCurrent PA RN LicenseBCLS certification1 year of Behavioral Health experienceMandated and Permissive Reporting
