Compensation $115 per completed assessment401K and limited voluntary benefitsMileage reimbursement planAbout the role:
PRN - flexible, create you own scheduleCreate your own schedule, 20 assessments/month, 45-60 minute assessmentsContact Center will build provider's schedule based on their availabilityAPP will travel up to 120 miles per work day, mileage will be reimbursedPhysician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner will work autonomously to see Medicare age patients in the home, performing annual comprehensive health assessmentsBackground:
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner / ACNP, or Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner / AGNPIdeal background is a Nurse Practitioner with urgent care or ambulatory experienceActive CA state license requiredOpen to new grad Nurse Practitioners
