About the role:42 bed hospital - no ICU in hospital, does general surgeryno call 4.5 day work weeks - primary care / family medicine / internal medicine - outpatient, some inpatient rounding if you wantoutpatient - 10 patients a day, then build up to 20 a day1 NP, 1 PA, 3 MDs team175-225k yr salary, PTO, benefites etc
Ideal candidate :
Likes the outdoors and small town living, wants a small town for kids, likes small town healthcare, and has some recent inpatient experience
-someone who wants to live and be apart of the community long term
Experienced physician needed, not new residents.
