As the Director of Human Resources, you will be an integral part of the leadership team of Missouri's Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development (DHEWD). You will have the opportunity to lead and motivate teams across the state and manage the successful operation of Human Resources. This role reports directly to the Chief of Staff and collaborates with members of Senior Staff and the Commissioner.
