Start immediately Lead Water Restoration Technician Job Duties include, but are not limited to: • Technician will respond to water damage losses • Manage projects and other technicians when field supervisor cannot be present • Document losses, get documents signed, collect moisture readings • Ability to learn and utilize software for all jobs • Know how to calculate what drying equipment is needed in order to address the loss • Remove affected flooring, walls and ceilings as needed in order to mitigate water loss • Cleaning, demolishing, decontaminating, and restoring buildings and homes • Communicate work details clearly • Maintain a neat and orderly job site and obey all safety rules Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Able to use hand tools and electric tools safely and effectively • Minimum 2 years experience with an IICRC WRT Certification • Ability to setup and use proper containment and PPE to ensure safety for client and technicians • Have valid driver's license and clean driving record as well as reliable transportation • Must complete a full employment screening • Must be available to work overtime and weekends, and participate in on-call rotation for emergency after-hours calls

Job Position Description:

Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brandEffectively perform all aspects of the production processesRegular Vehicle and equipment maintenance and organizationWorking with your direct supervisor to ensure team is unified and efficientFollowing all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity GuideAlways leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearanceDeveloping production expertise through providing servicesMaintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standardEnsure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow techniciansQualifications:
Willingness for continued learning and growthAttention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipmentAptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 'the message'Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customersStrength with multitasking and handling deadlinesAbility to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of timeBenefits:
