Left and right heart catheterizationsCoronary angioplasty/stentingBalloon pump/ImpellaTransesophageal echocardiogram (TEE)Pacemakers
Additional Responsibilities : STEMI call coverage, which includes the possibility of performing procedures and managing patient care during call shifts. Clinic hours may be incorporated into the call shifts as needed.Certification and License RequirementsCertifications Required :
Board Certified in Interventional CardiologyBLS (Basic Life Support)DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration registration)
State License : Active Utah license required. No exceptions for IMLC candidates.EMR TrainingEMR Training :
Module (learn lessons) must be completed before virtual EMR training.Virtual EMR training must be completed before the provider's first day and is available Monday through Friday only.
