Branch Service Manage

The selected candidate will:
Supervise the work, assignments, and schedule of the Service Technicians and profitability of the Service Department
Provide technical and engineering support to Service Technicians and customers for installations, start-up, maintenance and troubleshooting
Assist in generating quotes for service repairs/maintenance agreements
Implement and maintain a comprehensive Service Technician training program
Work with the sales force to ensure proper installation and design
Maintain the parts department including inventory
The successful candidate’s background will include:
High School Diploma (required); College degree (preferred)
3 years supervisory and coordinator experience in an industrial environment
Mechanical and technical aptitude
The ability to multitask
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook (required)
SAP experience strongly preferred
Clean driving record (required)
