Job Title: Travel Echo Technologist Job Specialty: Radiology Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:30-17:00 Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required License: State Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License Certifications: ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), BLS required Must-Have: - Ability to perform complete adult transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms - Ability to provide portable echocardiograms in patient rooms - Experience building structured reports for physician review Job Description: - Conduct adult transthoracic echocardiograms - Perform stress echocardiograms - Assist in transesophageal echocardiograms - Operate GE Vivid E9 equipment - Utilize the Meditech EMR system - Administer ultrasound contrast, such as Definity and agitated saline, if applicable - Be self-motivated and able to work independently in a busy, fast-paced environment - Participate in weekend shifts and on-call rotations as required - Wear medical scrubs per dress code Note: This position requires an individual who thrives in a busy environment and is comfortable working autonomously.
