Job Description
Saint Luke's Hospital has an opportunity for a Transfer Team RN. This position is self-directed and functions independently to facilitate internal and external patient transfers to Saint Luke's facilities. Demonstrates increasing discriminatory judgment in interpreting data and prioritizes appropriately. Utilizes the nursing process, requiring ability to work independently, with strong problem solving skills, critical thinking. Work effectively and cooperatively with diverse members of the health care team. Communicates clinical issues and address these issues immediately via proper system channels. Serves as resource to colleagues at the unit or department levels. Collaborate with Saint Luke's physicians, clinical staff, Care Integration and other clinical and social support as needed. Delegates task as appropriate and assumes preceptor responsibilities as needed.

Applicable Experience:2 years
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various
Associate Degree - Nursing
