Candidate must possess a valid NJ license, CDS and DEACertifications/LicensesRequired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesApplicant must demonstrate excellence as a clinician educator.Equipment UtilizedPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentOverviewThe candidate will provide patient care in the Division of Allergy, Immunology and Infection Diseases and provide comprehensive evaluation and management for patients with other health care professionals to educate patients and their families about their conditions. Candidate will participate in the education of medical students and residents. Candidate will actively contribute to the primary missions of the Division of Allergy, Immunology and Infectious Diseases through accessible high quality healthcare, scholarly activity and education.StatementThe Department of Pediatrics at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School is dedicated to the care of infants, children, adolescents and young adults. Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption. Additional infection control and safety policies may apply. Prospective employees should speak with their hiring manager to determine which policies apply to the role or position for which they are applying.
