We are a Primary Plush Certified Stroke Center. About this Cardiologist - Heart Failure Job Opening:
Will create and promote a multi-disciplinary approach to improve the heart failure program throughout the organization- including clinics, ICU, Cardiac Floor and ED.Join a growing team of 7+ physicians and 6+ advanced practice providersWalk into a very busy heart failure practice, including on-site lab and EKGProgram boasts a depth of experienced providers and devices which include CardioMEMS, TAVR, Watchman, and MitraClipProvide multifaceted, patient-centered care for all stages on the continuum of heart failureReduce heart failure readmissions, increase access to high quality care and management of heart failure programFull complement of medical and surgical specialists within the medical groupRemote Call: 6 days per month, with excess call payClinic and Outreach activitiesExcellent work + life balanceEMR: EpicRecruitment Package May Include:
