Background:3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactionsHandling tasks such as obtaining, preparing, and filing documents, certificates, statements, amendments, and formsProficiency in forming limited liability companies and other entitiesPreparation and management of closing checklists from letter of intent to completion of closing binders for commercial loans and acquisitions/dispositionsReviewing due diligence materialsBenefits:
