Registered Nurse - Fertility and Reproductive Health

Salary & Benefits $100-120,000/yr Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K PTO and Paid Holidays Job Summary This position is responsible for providing primary care services and educating patients. As an experienced RN, you will be working in a fast-paced and growing environment. You will be collaborating with physicians, nurses, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments. Responsibilities: Conduct initial patient assessments, including medical history review and vital signs measurement. Assist physicians during consultations, procedures, and examinations related to fertility treatments. Educate patients on fertility medications, treatment protocols, and self-administration techniques. Monitor patients' progress throughout treatment cycles, including ultrasound monitoring and lab result interpretation. Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families. Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments and communicating treatment plans. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including embryologists, endocrinologists, and genetic counselors to optimize patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities. Qualifications: Valid RN license Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in womens health, reproductive medicine, or a related field. Experience in fertility treatment protocols such as IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and their families. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
