Duties & Responsibilities :Securely opening and closing the facilityKey holder for the buildingEnsures daily checklist are complete by student workersCustomer service representative for external community membershipsAssisting external rental groups with facility access and setupResponsible for inventorying and securing all desk suppliesSupervising BRAC Attendants and assisting them with main facility accessEnsure compliance with rules and regulations of facilityRepresent the Athletic Department in the Babson Community and help ensure a positive experience for all users of our facilityAssumes additional responsibilities as required
This position will assist with other duties in the facility as assigned.
Qualifications : Applicants should have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently and multi-task successfully. Applicants should have strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with many different members of the Babson community, including faculty, staff, alumni, students and visitors to campus.
Hours:
8-15 hours per week available.
