About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Director of Demand Generation to lead and scale our demand generation efforts. This role is critical for driving the qualified leads needed to fuel Revv's growth. As the first person in this role, you will be responsible for building the demand generation function from the ground up. You should have a proven track record of executing demand generation strategies that drive revenue and a passion for rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. Responsibilities

Demand Generation Strategy:

Develop and execute a demand generation strategy that drives high-quality leads and supports Revv's growth objectivesCampaign Management:

Plan, create, and manage multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing, email marketing, webinars, and eventsLead Nurturing:

Design and implement lead nurturing programs to convert leads into sales opportunitiesABM:

Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accountsPerformance Analysis:

Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and adjusting strategies as neededCollaboration:

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with overall go-to-market strategyTeam Building:

As the company grows, recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing demand generation teamRequirements

Experience:

5-8+ years of experience in demand generation, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role at a high-growth startupHands-On Expertise:

Proven experience in building and executing demand generation programs from the ground upAnalytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-makingGrowth Focus:

The pay range for this role is:
