Summary:Manages the operations and business management of assigned medical practices supporting 6-10 physician and midlevel providers located at two to three campuses. Oversees all aspects of financial acumen (i.e. revenue cycle, budgets, and accounts payable). Leads employees while ensuring overall compliance and regulatory processes in the medical practice. Maintains and improves quality and safety standards. Ability to perform clinical and/or clerical tasks as needed in the practice. Supports the coordination of care through Patient-Centered Medical Home methodologies, as applicable.
Minimum Qualifications:Formal Education RequiredAssociates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Experience and Training RequiredThree (3) years increasingly responsible medical office experience that has provided leadership skills.Two (2) years of Supervisory experience preferred.Experience developing and maintaining a departmental budget preferredDirect clinical experience preferredPrevious experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) preferredOther Skills, Competencies and QualificationsExcellent interpersonal skillsProficient communication skills to include working collaboratively with internal and external departmentsAbility to process and complete reporting requirementsPrevious experience and understanding of financial acumenKnowledge of clinical quality standardsExhibits effective leaderships skillsAbility to complete tasks in an organized and timely fashionAbility to adapt to daily changesComputer proficiencyPopulation Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers with the understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignityLevel of Physical DemandsSedentary : Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
$27.82/hr - $41.73/hrThe salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers.
