is seeking a skilled and dedicated
X-Ray Lead
to oversee radiographic operations during the
evening shift
(3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday). This full-time, permanent leadership role offers the opportunity to manage a dynamic team of radiologic technologists, ensuring efficient and high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the evening X-ray team, ensuring optimal workflow and timely execution of imaging services.Advanced Imaging: Perform advanced radiographic procedures, including fluoroscopy and complex X-rays, when necessary.Technical Support: Act as a technical resource, troubleshooting equipment issues and providing expertise on imaging technologies.Collaboration: Partner with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and prompt diagnostic imaging.Staff Oversight: Manage staff scheduling, coordinate shift activities, and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records of procedures, patient data, and team performance.Qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related discipline.Certifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.Licensure: State licensure, as required.Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an X-ray Technician, with 1 year in a supervisory or lead position.Benefits:
