Summary:
You will help build a deep understanding of XR Tech's product and business using internal and external insights; work with cross-functional partners (product, data science, user research, TPM, PMM) to help support XRT’s strategic priorities, outline data-driven strategic decisions, and frame actionable recommendations. This role is highly cross-functional and requires influencing executive leadership.

Business Operations Manager, XRT Responsibilities:
Close partner to PG leads, providing strategic thinking on how to grow, scale, and run their teams effectively
Lead projects to create business value, aligning multiple stakeholders
Drive cross-functional organization-wide initiatives such as budget planning, goal setting, and organizational transformation projects
Prepare dashboards and reports for stakeholder and team members to drive transparency and track improvement
Work with the PG leads to track progress on strategic projects, help build decision-making frameworks, deliverables, and ensure deliverables are on track
Leverage cross-functional relationships to drive company-wide touch-points and leadership processes
Develop streamlined processes and mechanisms to improve operational efficiency and communication
Manage and facilitate business reviews (i.e. weekly business reviews, monthly business reviews, functional reviews, and other key meetings)
Own high-value programs that directly support the team (DEI initiatives, PID management)
Deliver Product updates in partnership with the Product Management team and Technical Program Managers.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master degree
6+ years of experience in business strategy at leading or startup tech company and/or strategy consulting
Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with business acumen
Effective prose and clear presentations skills with a high level of craft
Experience problem-solving individually and in a group setting
Proven track-record of organizing, developing, and executing strategy projects that deliver results
Experience partnering with cross-functional leadership to turn insights into actions
Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites, advanced skills in Excel
At least 3 years of experience working embedded within engineering teams translating technical reviews to program management of product strategy or equivalent experience

$145,000/year to $204,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
