Job Description
CentraCare is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider to work with our Integrated Pain Management clinic, primarily in St. Cloud, MN, with outreach to Willmar, MN.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be providing comprehensive pain management services by optimizing medication, physical therapy, behavioral health, lifestyle medicine, neuromodulation, and injections. You will be able to practice independently as part of an interdisciplinary team in a collaborative model of care. You will also build a skillset to perform in-clinic injections and develop your interests in this exciting field. You can expect to see patients experiencing:Chronic neck and back painJoint painFibromyalgiaComplex regional pain syndromeVisceral painNeuropathic painSchedule
Full-time 1.0 FTE clinic position; Monday-Friday 8-4Option of virtual/remote 1 day per weekPosition based in St. Cloud, MN at the River Campus ClinicNo evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, or call coverageRequirements
To be eligible for this position you must meet the following requirements:
Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agencyCertified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician AssistantCurrent or pending licensure in the State of MinnesotaBLS CertificationExperience
Position open to new graduates with relevant work experience. AGNP certification accepted.
