A sophisticated, results-driven law firm is seeking to add an Employment Attorney to their team. This firm has several offices in California with a flexible work schedule. The attorneys typically go into the office a couple of days a week for collaboration. This is an employment defense position, but plaintiff candidates interested in switching sides will be considered. This is a mid-sized law firm with 100+ attorneys. Requirements:3+ years of experience in labor and employment experienceAdvising employers in hiring, employment contracts, compensation and discipline, termination mattersExperience with union/management transactions, organizing campaigns grievance, arbitration and dispute resolutionHave an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team playerExceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic1850 billable hour requirementCA License, in good standingWage and Hour, PAGA experience preferredExperience forming, maintenance and termination of employment in collective bargaining agreements preferredBenefits:
