Critical Facility Manager (CFM) (Contingent) - Quantico / Vienna / Winchester, Virginia
Summary:
Oversees the performance of all duties of the CFT Shop, personnel assigned to the shop, and subcontractors performing work for the shop
Essential Duties:Ensures work tickets, email requests, and telephone requests for service are received and attended to in a timely manner.Coordinates closely with the GFM regarding facility issues and requests.Assigns tasks to shop personnel, sets priorities and monitors timely completion of all work. Evaluate and analyze work performance.Create, update, and maintain sensitive and/or classified facility information, documents, and records that are located on the Top Secrete SCI network Facilities SharePoint, Secret Classified shared drive and ticket systems, and unclassified systems.Shall be on-site full-time during regular working hours.May be issued a government smart phone.Possess an active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information access.
Desired Qualifications:
Shall be a minimum licensed master electrician or licensed master HVAC technician.Shall have extensive experience in the operation of Building Automation Systems of similar size and scope.Shall have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills.Shall be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
Education/Experience:
Shall have a minimum of ten (10) documented years of experience in facilities of similar size and scope, with a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a lead role.Shall have a high school diploma.
