Job SummaryReporting to the Rehabilitation Team Lead, the Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for comprehensive patient management including evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention, and patient/family education for development and implementation of individualized care planning in the home setting. Opportunities include working directly in a multidisciplinary fashion, including specialty care groups such as Parkinson's Disease, Covid Recovery and Post-Acute Stroke care. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical skills in Speech-Language Pathology, with opportunity for clinical growth through education, in-services, and care management groups. This Home Care environment offers family-friendly, flexible hours.Minimum QualificationsEducation
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Experience
At least one year prior Acute or Rehab experience is preferred.
Licensure and/or Certification
MA SLP license. BLS required within 30 days from hire.
