Full Time Associate Dentist Needed in Mertztown, PA!!
This busy, family practice, is looking to hire their next associate dentist!
2+ years of experience required!
The practice owner is strong-skilled in Endo and would like to find an Associate to help lighten the load. The new Associate should be comfortable with all aspects of General Dentistry but all applicants must be highly skilled in endo treatment. This state-of-the-art practice has a strong support staff in place (6 hygienist, unlimited dental assistants).
Office is completely FFS/PPO driven.
Doc specializes in TMJ and sleep apnea. Collections are at 95% in total office (30% on collections) // 35% lab fees. This office has an established patient base with over 20+ years in the market. Staff is very fun and exciting so they want someone who will match that energy.
Future Partnership/Ownership Opportunity.
Compensation:- Guarantee based on Draw account - no initial amount provided.- Excellent earning potential range between $250K-$350K depending on skills and motivation.
Schedule:2 Locations-Mertztown & Whitehall - 1 location, 2 days week/each (8:00-5:00 & 9:00-6:00)
Requirements: Experienced DDS, DMD. Licensed or license eligible in PA. Endo Proficient!
