Description:Family Medicine PhysicianThis group has clinic locations in Wilson, Tarboro, and the Outer BanksState-of-the art clinics constructed in 2018Live near the beaches of North CarolinaPractice specialists include: Primary Care, Neurology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Thoracic Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Dermatology, and Infectious DiseaseServices on-site include: cardiac pulmonary rehab, respiratory therapy, moderate complexity lab, x-rays, mammography, ultrasound, ECHO, and retail pharmacyMonday - Friday schedule, outpatient onlyNo CallAssess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.Full practice support from the larger Health SystemSystem-wide integrated EMR - EPICCompetitive Compensation and Comprehensive Benefit Package to include: Annual CME Stipend, Relocation, Vacation, Sick, & Holidays, Malpractice (with tail), 401k matching program/ 457b, Medical, Dental & Vision, Disability & Life InsuranceCandidates with experience preferred.
