Interacts with physicians, staff, patients and their family or significant others.Minimum Qualifications* Educationo High School diploma required.* Experienceo Previous secretarial experience with demonstrated computer and word processing skills required.* Licensure and/or Certificationo Not required* Skillso Interpersonal skills.o Telephone manners.o Organizational skills.o Data entry skills.o Computer skills.o Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.o Ability to protect confidential information.
