Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Manage Budgeting & Forecasting:
Develop and manage the company's annual budget and financial forecasts to drive strategic planning and operational efficiency.Ensure Internal Controls:
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.Lead Accounting Team:
Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and efficiency.Qualifications:CPA Certification:
Professional certification as a Certified Public Accountant is required, demonstrating your expertise in accounting and financial management.Experience in Financial Management:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management or accounting, with a proven track record in a similar role.Advanced Analytical Skills:
