We are seeking experienced Nursing Professionals for our Seasonal Flu Clinics that will take place in a variety of settings, including corporate offices, warehouses, schools and municipalities. Flu Nurses will administer flu vaccinations to participants, answer participants' questions on potential side effects and other related issues, all while ensuring their comfort and monitoring their reaction to the shots. Nurses should have a broad understanding of vaccine safety procedures and an ability to keep participants calm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Administer flu shots to participants

•Monitor participant reactions to vaccinations during the administration of shots

•Establish trust and keep participants calm

•Comply with recordkeeping and reporting requirements set by CHC and the CDC

•Ensure that vaccinations are stored correctly and securely

•Maintaining an accurate inventory of supplies and vaccine in your possession at all times and returning all unused supplies and vaccine timely

•Pre-event Preparation and Post-event Reconciliation at vaccination and wellness events

•Ability to work independently or under direction of a lead vaccination nurse
