Senior Manager of Finance

to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in Excel and has a strong foundation in both financial planning and accounting principles. The Senior Manager will be directly involved in the day-to-day financial operations, providing critical insights and support to drive the company's growth, process improvement, and ensure sound financial practices. This is a highly analytical role that requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and basic accounting.The Senior Manager of Finance will :Lead and execute all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support business decisions and long-term planning.Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to senior leadership, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights to support decision making and shape strategy.Collaborate with cross functional leaders to prepare and manage the annual budget and ongoing forecasts.Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing detailed variance analysis and recommendations.Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to senior management.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, forecasts, and accounting records, proactively addressing any discrepancies.Supervise a small team, providing guidance and oversight on accounting practices, reconciliations, and other department processes.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, implementing best practices in finance and accounting.Develop and enhance tools and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting, analysis, and accounting operations.What You Bring to the Table :Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.5-10 years of experience in finance, FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role, with a strong hands on approach.Basic accounting knowledge with the ability to supervise accounting processes and oversee a team of junior accountants.Expert level proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, macros, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and accounting principles.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
