Practice setting: hospitalInpatientConsults, ERCall coverage: Call will be for 24 hours each dayTransoral Incisionless Fundoplication (TIF): It's used to treat things like acid reflux, heartburn etc.Daily Patient Volume: 3Practice EMR: Meditech, moving to Expanse soonMust be able to cover GI emergencies including ERCP procedures as needed
Required:
DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being activeCurrent Flu VaccineMust be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
