your roles and responsibilities will include:
Our Client provides the highest quality, evidence-based, compassionate mental health services to kids, teens, young adults, and their families. Our mission is to provide intensive mental health to youth and their families. Our Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, and Transitional Outpatient Programs (IOP/PHP/TOP) are designed for patients experiencing moderate to severe mental health symptoms who require more intensive care than standard outpatient services.Position duties include, but are not limited to:
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists, psychologists, LMFTs/LCSWs, associates and trainees to address mental health needs in children, adolescents, and young adults 29 and younger as well as their familiesProvide care to patients in the outpatient clinic and intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs.Provide psychiatric evaluation and management visits along with individual and family therapy, especially when those therapies are indicated to be best provided by a psychiatrist.Provide psychiatric oversight of the clinical team and perform evaluation and management visits along with psychotherapy in the IOPs and PHPs. LCSWs/LMFTs generally provide individual, group, and family therapy in the IOPs and PHPs.DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMost importantly, you need to be a passionate
