Automotive Financial Services Manager
servicing our Bangor locations. This person is responsible for customer financial services activity in our dealership.
Job Responsibilities:Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to Finance and InsuranceMaintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processesContract dealsMaintain proper lender mixAdheres to Approved Product and Product Pricing GuidelinesLogs all deliveries accurately and in a timely mannerVerifies lien payoff balances and automotive insurance policiesVerifies all customer signaturesCopies all non-prime documentsVerifies customer vehicle deposit receiptsAssists the sales team in structuring dealsDemonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliersAdheres to all company policies, proceduresQualifications:
Two years of previous financial management experience in a dealership settingMust meet company's requirements for employmentAbility to operate personal computers including Microsoft E-mail and WordMust have a valid Driver's LicensePhysical Requirements & Working Conditions
Normal office environmentProlonged periods of personal computer usage and data entryAbility to operate an automobile
