About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Treasury Lead to join our Treasury team at our HQ in New York. This role offers a broad range of responsibilities, exposure to senior management and the opportunity to learn and develop a wide range of Treasury skills. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented individual with 2+ years of technical experience, who is motivated to contribute to a dynamic fast-paced critical function. Corporate experience with a large multinational company is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities
Based on the candidate's background and experience, responsibilities would include some combination of the following:In-depth and broad involvement in all Treasury areas - global cash management, cash flow forecasting, credit facility management, risk management, and payment operationsPerform daily cash movements to efficiently fund operating accounts and execute paymentsSupport the opening, closing and maintenance of bank accounts, as well as assist with the annual Foreign Bank Account Reporting process (FBAR)Prepare management reporting for the leadership team and support ad hoc reporting requestsInterface with global finance and business teams, and external partners, in support of Treasury activitiesIdentify opportunities to improve Treasury processes and implement best practicesReports to Sr. Manager, TreasuryAbout You
2+ years of business experience; Treasury, Banking, or Corporate FinanceExpert Excel/data analysis skillsGlobal and Multi-unit business experience preferredTMS systems (Kyriba - super helpful), Bloomberg, Online bank platform experience preferredStrong work ethic and ownership mentalityAbility to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or demonstrated expertise
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay : $71,250 - $85,000
Incentive Compensation : WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
Benefits : Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including: 20 days of PTO, 11 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k plan; and life and AD&D insurance.
