THIS IS A HOME HEALTH NEED!The speech/language pathologist is responsible for providing speech therapy services to clients of the agency.The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient's comprehensive plan of care.
Skills Requirements:2 years minimum SLP Home Care experienceValid Driver License required for this needMust be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistanceAcute care experience preferredMaster or Doctorate Degree requiredKnowledge of and familiarity with rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to, language/communication aids, devices and wheelchairs.
Active Certifications:Covid Vaccination/Exemption,MA SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST LICENSE REQUIREDCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required. Clinical Fellow candidates accepted1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)BLS.
